In order to meet those requiements, we implemented a computer-aided manufacturing sysyem, which supports information exchange with the client. We work on OneCNC and ArtCAM licences, which are perfectly suited fot those tasks.
OneCNC
OneCNC is a professional and comprehensive CAM/CAD software for design and production support. It is a cost-competitive solution for ESPRIT and NX licenses, which is comparable to them in terms of functionality.
Compared to other systems, OneCNC stands out with a hybrid combination of design system and toolpath generation panel, including solutions for manufacturing simulation.
This software supports majority of formats used in industry, such as: plików, takich jak: STEP, IGES Parasolid, SAT, VADF, Solidworks, Rhino, DWG i DXF, which is the basis for communication with clients.
ArtCAM
ArtCAM is a program which enables for more advanced creation of toolpaths - both for text and shapes, that are impossible to enclose in standard engineering geometry - than standard CAD/CAM software. Due to particular work method, which combines 3D model creation scheme and text engraving directly on surface of the model, in a unique way.
The goal of the program developers was to create universal CAD/CAM software, both with many design possibilities and easy to use.
To start working with the program, concept art or photo is needed. Those are the basis for creating a multilayer 3d model. ArtCAM is a simple, yet powerful tool, which combines many features tah are useful for the modeling process. All of this is available in a single solution dedicated for industry.
This software perfectly complements tools, which are missing in standard software for supporting production process, therefore it is capable of completing the task much faster and in a more efficient manner.
